Our pasta

The pasta was born in our region and soon became our "national main course" and then became widespread all over the world. The great diffusion of this product makes its industrial production necessary.

Today, the large pasta factories produce a large quantity of pasta in a short time, obviously the quality and the taste are very different from homemade production.

We buy from the Setaro pasta factory in Torre Annunziata, province of Naples.
This pasta factory still uses the old techniques and machines of production and even its building is built with lavic stone of Vesuvio (to allow a slow drying process, about 120 hours, at low temperature) to produce pasta of excellent quality.
